By accessing and using the Golden Retriever Companion ("GRC") website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

To inquire about or purchase a puppy from GRC, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the qualification process.
• Agree to the Non-Breeding Pet Home Placement Agreement.

Completing the inquiry form does not guarantee puppy placement. GRC reserves the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Qualification is based on your ability to meet our care standards, including daily exercise commitment, immediate placement readiness, and agreement to our non-breeding contract.

All puppies are placed under a binding Pet Home Placement Agreement which includes:

• Non-Breeding Clause — The puppy must not be used for breeding purposes.
• Spay/Neuter Requirement — The puppy must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age.
• Return Policy — If you can no longer care for the puppy, GRC must be contacted first. The puppy must not be rehomed, surrendered, or sold independently.
• Living Standards — The puppy must be kept as an indoor family member with adequate outdoor exercise.

GRC provides a 2-year genetic health guarantee covering hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, and hereditary eye conditions. The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of placement. Failure to do so may void the health guarantee.

Puppy pricing is communicated directly during the placement process. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your placement. Full payment terms will be outlined in your individual Placement Agreement.

GRC provides information on this website in good faith. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the puppy placement.

GRC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
